Welcome to Awakening the Dawn.

My name is Dawn (Shelly) Hunt, and this is a space where I share my journey of awakening, healing, and discovering deeper meaning in life. Through my work as a Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique® (QHHT®) practitioner and life mentor, my intention is to help others explore their own path toward deeper self-understanding, healing, and inner transformation.

I provide QHHT® sessions throughout Treasure Valley Idaho (Boise area) and am honored to travel outside the region, out of state, or even internationally to meet you where you feel most supported.

A turning point in my life came during my own QHHT® session, where I experienced past lives, received profound Higher Self guidance, and came to understand that part of my purpose is to help others through this extraordinary work. Journey towards my purpose

For 37 years, I worked in the corporate world of financial investigations, a career rooted in precision, structure, and resilience. But in 2018, everything shifted. A deep remembrance stirred within me, and a single question rose to the surface: “Why am I here, and what is my purpose?” That moment became my own awakening — my dawn. My path has not been without pain. I carried trauma, walked through heartbreak, and made the difficult decision to step away from what no longer served me. Yet every challenge became a sacred stepping stone, teaching me that life has always been happening for me, not to me. In choosing to love myself fully, I discovered the strength to transform, and now I live in gratitude, wisdom, and light. I am blessed to be a mother and grandmother, and my greatest joy is sharing love and experiences with my family. These bonds, along with my healing journey, have shaped who I am today. I share my story — including the most painful chapters — as a living reminder that healing is possible, self-love is powerful, and awakening can come at any age. Through Awakening the Dawn, I walk beside others as they navigate their own healing and self-discovery. Together, we embrace the beauty within our struggles, awaken to the truth of our souls, and rise into the radiant dawn of a new beginning.
