Preparation for Session Hypnosis Technique℠

Your Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique® (QHHT®) session with me is a sacred time set aside for self-discovery, healing, and connection with your Higher Self. To make the most of this experience, it’s important to arrive prepared, relaxed, and open.

Prior to your session, I highly recommend watching this YouTube video by Suzanne Spooner, a Level 3 Practitioner.  It will help you understand your session a little better and calm your conscious mind during the session so that you are not feeling like you're not relaxed enough, "not really under", or just "making it up."   https://youtu.be/MnjtcTqIV-8?si=YyIUE-cRrA2LdaLT 

Before the Session

Wear Comfortable Clothing

Choose loose, soft, and non-restrictive clothing so your body can fully relax.

Light Meal & Hydration

Eat a light, nourishing meal before your session. Avoid heavy, greasy foods that may leave you tired. Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated.

Avoid Substances

On the day of your session, avoid caffeine, alcohol, recreational drugs, and unnecessary stimulants. These can interfere with your ability to reach a deep level of relaxation.

Prepare Your Questions

Bring 7–10 written questions you’d like your Higher Self (Subconscious) to answer. These can be about any area of your life: health, relationships, career, spiritual purpose, or past lives.

- What is the cause of my physical condition, and how can it be healed?
- Is there anything I can do to improve my overall health and vitality?

Life Purpose & Growth
- What is my life purpose?
- Am I on the right path, and if not, what adjustments should I make?

- How can I create more harmony with my family, friends, or partner?

Practice Relaxation

In the days before your session, spend time with practices that quiet your mind and body — such as meditation, deep breathing, or gentle walks. This helps you enter your session with ease.

Allow the Session to Flow

QHHT® sessions can last 4–5 hours. Give yourself plenty of space afterwards with no major plans. You may wish to bring a light snack to enjoy after the session, to help you ground and re-center.

Awakening the Dawn
Your QHHT® session is not an ending — it is the beginning of an integration process. The days and weeks ahead are a sacred time to allow healing, wisdom, and clarity to settle into your everyday life.

Integration Practices

Hydration & Nourishment: Drink extra water. Choose meals that are light, clean, and grounding. Your body is processing energetic shifts.
Rest & Sleep: Give yourself permission to nap, rest, or sleep more than usual. Integration happens when the body is relaxed.
Quiet Time: Reduce overstimulation (screens, loud environments). Create space for stillness.

Journaling & Reflection

Keep a journal nearby for thoughts, dreams, or synchronicities.
Write freely — sometimes your Higher Self will communicate through “flow writing.”
Revisit your notes in the weeks ahead; often, deeper understanding emerges over time.

Grounding Practices

Walk barefoot on the earth.
Spend time with trees, water, or sunrise/sunset light.
Use breathwork or meditation to re-center if you feel “floaty” after your session.

Listening to Your Recording

Your session recording is a valuable tool. Listen at least 3 days in a row now, then you can move to a schedule — each time, you may notice new details. Avoid rushing. Allow insights to reveal themselves naturally.

Emotional & Spiritual Self-Care

Be kind and patient with yourself. Some emotions may rise as part of healing.
Surround yourself with supportive people, uplifting music, and environments that feel safe.
Remember: You are deeply connected to Source, and your Higher Self continues to guide you.
