1) Who We Are
Awakening the Dawn provides holistic and spiritual services, including Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique℠ (QHHT®) sessions and related guidance.

 

2) No Medical, Psychological, Legal, or Financial Advice
Our services are not a substitute for medical care, mental‑health treatment, legal, or financial advice. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure conditions. If you are in crisis, call local emergency services immediately.

 

3) No Guarantees / Individual Results Vary
Experiences and outcomes vary by individual. No outcomes are guaranteed. Testimonials reflect personal experiences only.

 

4) Eligibility & Client Responsibilities

  • You must be 18+ (or have a parent/guardian present and consenting for minors where permitted).
  • Arrive sober; no alcohol or recreational drugs for at least 24 hours prior.
  • Complete any requested intake forms truthfully and disclose relevant health information.

 

5) Session Conduct & Safety
We maintain a safe, respectful environment. We may refuse or discontinue a session for safety, intoxication, or disrespectful conduct; refunds in such cases are at our discretion.

 

6) Fees, Payments, Refunds
Fees are due at booking unless otherwise specified. Refunds and reschedules follow our Cancellation & Reschedule Policy.

 

7) Recordings & Intellectual Property

  • Some services (e.g., QHHT®) may include an audio recording for your personal use.
  • You receive a personal, non‑commercial license to your recording. You may not publish, sell, or distribute it without our written permission.
  • We will not publish your recording without your explicit written consent.

 

8) Privacy
We handle your information per our Privacy Policy.

 

9) Website & Third‑Party Services
Our website (WordPress/GoDaddy) and scheduling/payment providers (e.g., Calendly, payment processors, cloud storage) are third‑party services with their own terms and privacy policies.

 

10) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Awakening the Dawn and its practitioners are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages arising from services or website use.

 

11) Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, USA, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Venue lies in Ada County, Idaho.

 

12) Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. The Effective date indicates the current version.
